Shipping Notice
Helmets and face mask inventories are small and if you need an item shipped Next Day or 2 day Air we recommend you contact us for availability before requesting express shipping. If we must order from the manufacturer it will take 1 or more days to process the order through the manufacturer before it ships. Because of manufacturer processing requirements Next Day and 2 day Air will deliver sooner, but not the next day.
Bepending on where you live and where the item you requested is being shipped from, ground shipping can range from 2 days to as long as 5 business days.
If it's a Riddell product and we do not have it in stock it can only be ship to you the customer via ground.
Some manufacturers do not allow us to have the item ship directly from their factory. They require it be shipped to us first, then we ship that item to you.
Please contact us we are happy to provide you with estimated delivery dates based on availability.
Policies
Some helmets sold on this website are for display purposes only (The are labeled) and must not be used as protective equipment in their respective sport or any other contact sport. Reconditioned, re-manufactured/restored and replica helmets have NOT been designed for competitive use and should never be used for participating in any sport under any circumstance. Any other use of these helmets for anything other than display, such as competitive play is at the risk of the purchaser/owner. Severe injury of the brain or neck can occur with actual use of any helmet. Any helmet not certified for actual use will be noted in the description of that helmet.
All other helmets sold on this website have been constructed by the manufacturer and have been approved for competitive use in the sport they were designed for. Any other use of these helmets for anything other than the sport they were designed for is not recommended by the Manufacturer or Your Helmet Your Way and such use is at the risk of the purchaser/owner. Please remember severe injury of the brain or neck can occur with actual use of any helmet even when used for the recommended sport.
Payment Policy: Payment in full is required at the time of the order. Orders can not be processed until full payment is received. A delay in fulfilling your order will occur with any delay in payment. Customer/Cardholder agrees to these terms at the time they submit their order. California residents are required to pay sales tax.
Exchange Policy: Starts by contacting us. Next the customer sends us the item(s) purchased that are going to be exchanged at the cost of the customer. Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect and if the item has not been used or damaged in any way (Its in resalable condition) we will process an exchange order for the new item(s). Because cost are incurred by us for exchanging a item these expenses must be paid by the customer and include shipping and handling. The shipping cost will depend on the location of delivery and the handling fee is 3% of the cost of the item(s).
Depending on the item(s) and it's availability it may take up to 2 weeks for us to deliver the exchanged item. If this item is not in stock with us and not available from the manufacturer delivery might take longer.

Refund Policy: If you cancel the order before it has shipped you will only be charged for the cost of processing and canceling the order.
If you want to return your order for any reason you may as long as that item has not been used and it's within 7 days of the delivery date.
Custom Helmet orders, you may request a refund on your order before artwork is approved or 7 business days from the date of the order, which ever comes first from the date when the original order is submitted.
All orders will be charged a fee of $25 Which will be deducted from the refund payment to cover the costs incurred from your order and refund (manufacturer restocking fee), this does not include shipping and a shipping fee to return the item to the manufacturer will also be deducted. We do not provide refunds on shipping, these are hard cost incurred by us. All refund requests must be submitted in writing, you can contact us by e-mailed at administrator@yourhelmetyourway.com. Decal Artwork: If your helmet requires a Logo, Stripes, Letters or Numbers and the options to choose from (on the website) are not exact, then you the customer, will be required to approve and sign off on an artwork approval form. The form has been developed to assure that the accuracy of the decals that are produced meet your expectation and are accurate. The best way to communicate this information is by e-mail to our art department at artwork@yourhelmetyourway.com. We can also communicate via fax, overnight carrier and the USPS. Please note that any delays in returning the approved artwork form will result in delays in delivering the finished product.
Delivery Time: It is our goal to deliver your order as soon as possible. We can not promise that any item will be in stock and that the manufacturer will have that item in stock. We will inform you of the status of your order with timely updates. Depending on the manufacturer providing the item you ordered, express delivery (shorter then ground) may not be possible. If your item is not in our inventory, Your Helmet Your Way will obtain the supplier that can fill the order and deliver in the shortest time possible.
Because of the uniqueness of every order that requires decals, artwork must be approved and produced. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery from the time of purchase. We anticipate that an order will be completed 30 days after artwork is approved. If for some reason we are experiencing or anticipate any delays we will contact you and advise.
