This business idea started as a hobby about 20 years ago. Actually looking back as a child in the 4^th grade I was customizing my own uniform and helmet for pick up football games with my friends. This included painting my helmet by hand to look like one of the NFL teams.

It wasn’t until after college did this passion resurface. I was visiting my old college roommate and found he had a replica of our college helmet and his high school helmet on his shelf. He had reproduced these football helmets himself. I thought this was the greatest decoration any room could have. I immediately thought replica helmets of my teams would make great décor for my weight room.  Reproducing my own team helmets was not enough, now, some 400 plus helmets later, spanning about 100 years of football history, I still haven't finished my collection.

The football helmets in my collection have been built by me. Some were new helmets that needed decals and the right facemask to complete. Other times, the helmet was older and the shell was in poor condition and had many battle scars. These helmets required removal of current paint (often several layers of various colors), filling in the scratches and gouges, finish sanding and finally painting to the desired color. I have learned many specials techniques over the years to reproduce near perfect custom helmet.

I have always had a passion for this hobby and sports and decided it was time start a business that I would truly enjoy doing.
